Wall and roof sandwich panels: 150 mm thick, with PWS-S/PWS insulating cores and stated UC value of 0.25 W/m²K. Galvanised steel panel skins: 0.5 mm, polyester painted. Aluminium entrance door: 1.10 m x 2.10 m, with 24 mm double glazing. Glazing system: 4/16/4 with argon and PVB laminated glass. Stated acoustic reduction: approximately 36 dB. Six fixed PVC windows with 24 mm double glazing and two opening PVC windows. Electrical system: 230 V, four double sockets, two LED lights and a 2 kW electric heater. Roof membrane: 2 mm polyester-reinforced PVC; stated roof properties approximately 5 kg/m², tensile strength greater than 1,100 N/50 mm and elongation at break greater than 15%. Insulated self-supporting floor: steel frame, 22 mm OSB and 70 mm insulation, UC 0.22 W/m²K.
